Standard formation documents, assistance with registration and the usual company registration fee charged by the Lithuanian Centre of Registers.
Advertised online formation prices apply to standard documents. UAB capital, the registered office address service, tailored provisions, translations and notarial services, where required, are quoted separately. We specify the total payable amount and the exact registry fees included before you order.
How we work
Standard formation usually takes 2–5 working days after we receive the required information and consents. UAB timing also depends on the capital contribution and capital contribution account.
