Call usService fees are agreed individually depending on whether a qualified electronic signature is available, representation under a power of attorney or an in-person notarial appointment is required, and the number of documents and scope of work.

Need an address for company registration in Lithuania? We provide a registered office address for a new or existing company. We agree the conditions of use and registration in advance.
The fee and term of use are agreed separately. The service is not included in the formation fee.
Individually agreed service fees
Service fees are agreed individually. For international clients, the procedure and cost depend on the documents, country of residence, available electronic signature, whether a power of attorney or notarisation is required, and any translations or additional registration steps. We provide a clear quotation before work begins. Prices shown for ready-made companies for sale are separate advertised sale prices.
We provide a registered office address for company registration. The fee and terms of use are agreed individually.
Legal Office MB is not VAT-registered. We do not charge VAT on our services.
